Nuts are not low-fat if you eat large quantities, so the control portion practice. You have your choice of variety, ranging from peanuts and almonds or cashews, macadamia nuts. Take a little ‘nutty during snack!

Vegetables

Veggies are healthy and low fat. Their biggest disadvantage is that as a snack often require some preparation beforehand. Who wants to peel vegetables when you can rip open a candy bar? The key is to prepare the vegetables ahead of time in the office and bring them with you so they are easy to access when hunger calls.

Bring a bag of baby carrots in the refrigerator to store office. Cut into sticks of celery and bring a jar of peanut butter to jazz it up.

Chosen wisely, crackers can be a choice of filling and healthy snack. It ‘s true that many crackers are full of fat and calories. Everyone wants a snack handy, and for this 100-calorie packs were invented. Buy a few boxes of your favorite varieties of these snacks and keep them in a desk drawer. The beauty of these is the portion control: Each package contains just 100 calories. Be aware, however, that 100 calories does not translate into a lot of food!

Snack wisely. Your body will appreciate it, and you’ll be happy to have saved more calories than you eat meals later.
