If you want to lose weight, one of the most important things you can do for you is to give to drink soda. If you are concerned about optimal health, this includes diet soda as well as regular soft drinks.
Why Soda is Bad
Instead of using sugar, most soft drinks of which Coca-Cola and Pepsi are made with the high fructose corn syrup. Strategies to stop drinking soda
Start taking a meal away from soda at first, if you’re someone who has soda with every meal. If you have soda once a day, have less of it. Start slowly weaning your way out of it.
